Subject: ICT Policy development and Education
Description:This project focus on the fact that it would pose the prospect that ICT could be
used as a lever to bring about the needed changes in education and introduce by
the related policy dimension and challenges.
The scope of the work will include the following five countries: Rwanda,
Namibia, Uruguay, Jordan and Singapore, which are recognized as innovative in
this field. The sample reflects regional diversity with a focus on developing
countries and shows different situations: ICT policy driven agenda and process
or education policy driven. The project can serve as a guide to policymakers,
project managers and regulators.
This private working group will allow the team to exchange information about
